Frequently Asked Questions

Please contact us if you cannot find an answer to your question.

What do I do if I am interested in one of the puppies?

First, we will conduct a FaceTime interview so you can see your puppy up close and watch him/her in their natural setting and see their personality. Next, we will also conduct an interview to make sure the puppy is a good fit for your home or lifestyle. Australian Shepherds are super smart and active and require stimulation. They love to learn new things and do so quickly. They are also active and need exercise. If work schedules demand the puppy be left in a crate all day, they are not a good fit.

When can I see my puppy in person?

Puppies are susceptible to disease both carried in by humans and other dogs. Until the puppies are vaccinated they can not be handled. If distance allows, you may come for a visit but can not hold the puppy until they have had their first 5 way vaccination at 8 weeks.

Does my puppy come with a health guaranty?

Yes! Our puppies are genetically tested through parentage and are full panel clear. You will have a one year health guaranty with certain stipulations in our puppy contract.
